GPU usage in Task Manager isn't consistently high at 80-90%, similar to my friend's experience, but it drops to around 30-40% during low game settings.

The FPS cap is already set at 240 at 240 Hz, but you're seeing 190 due to your GPU operating at only 40% utilization in Task Manager.

I'll attempt to refresh all components on my PC—motherboard, GPU, CPU, RAM—and I think that's about it. It seems my GPU usage might increase even at low settings.
