Initially, AC Rogue ran at 40-50 frames per second with maximum graphics settings, while GTA SA achieved a smooth 100 FPS also on high settings. Following these issues, AC Rogue now averages 10-20 FPS utilizing the lowest settings, and GTA SA delivers 30-40 FPS with similarly reduced settings.
I have undertaken the following troubleshooting steps:

2. Reinstalled the operating system.
3. Performed a disk defragmentation of my hard drive.
4. Installed the most current drivers.
