Lately, my computer has begun to abruptly shut down every two to ten minutes while I'm playing video games, and I’ve noticed consistently low frame rates in open-world titles. I upgraded my power supply in the hope that this would resolve the issue, but I’m still unsure how to proceed.

My system specifications are as follows:
* Windows 10 (64-bit)
* Ryzen 7 1800x @ 3.6 GHz with Hyper 212 EVO cooler
* RX 580 8GB Sapphire Pulse 1366 MHz
* 16GB DDR4 Ballistix @ 2400MHz
* Evga BR 80+ Bronze 600W power supply
* B450 A Pro motherboard

In *Apex Legends*, I consistently receive a 30 fps cap during dropship missions unless I momentarily avert my gaze from the display, at which point it gradually increases to 50-144 fps when I’m on the ground – utilizing my 144Hz monitor’s maximum cap. *Counter-Strike: Global Offensive* yields 200-300 fps, with crashes occurring infrequently (approximately every 2-3 hours). *Payday 2* presents frame rates between 70 and 144 fps, though crashes are generally observed every hour, dependent on the specific heist.

I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps:
* Run malware scans
* Checked hard drive for errors
* Moved graphics card and cables to different slots
* Reinstalled drivers
* Removed individual RAM modules
* Reinstalled Visual Studio C++ packages
* Disassembled and reassembled components

Previously, I achieved frame rates between 90 and 144 frames per second in Apex Legends and 100 to 144 frames per second in Payday 2. I play various other games, though I haven't thoroughly tested them to determine my typical frame rate performance.

Recently, it appears I unintentionally enabled some AMD energy-saving features within my BIOS settings, which resulted in my processor consuming only a fraction of its typical power draw.
