Hello everyone, I’d like to begin by acknowledging that my English isn't perfect, so please forgive any errors.

Let’s address the primary issue now: recently, I've experienced reduced frame rates in games such as FIFA 19 and Euro Truck Simulator 2. This began approximately after I installed FIFA 19 in September or October. I visited a friend’s home to utilize their internet and during that time, I suspect the computer automatically installed some drivers or updates. Soon after, within games, I observed diminished performance—I initially assumed it was due to the game's graphics demands. However, a few days later, I successfully resolved this problem on Windows 10 (which has since been replaced by Windows 7) through registry modifications and other adjustments. After two restarts—due to sleeping, for instance—the problem returned, and I was unable to find a solution. I attempted numerous troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling Windows 10 and then switching to Windows 7, but the issue persisted consistently.

Components:
GPU: Nvidia GTX 750TI 2GB
CPU: Intel i5-4460 3.20GHz
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
MOTHERBOARD: ASRock H81M-DG4
HDD: Toshiba 1TB
HDD: Seagate 500GB
POWER SUPPLY: Segote ATX-500WH 500 Watt

Is there anyone who knows how to resolve this, or has a solution?

It appears I’m still anticipating a delay.
