I recently acquired a new RX 580 graphics card, anticipating improved performance compared to my previous GTX 750 TI FTW. However, I’m experiencing issues with the new card. Previously, I consistently achieved 90-280 FPS in League of Legends and 300–600 FPS in Minecraft with my GTX 750 TI, without overclocking. Now, when playing these games on the RX 580, frame rates fluctuate between 60 and 140, occasionally dropping below 60, which is disappointing. Despite overclocking the GPU to 2100 MHz and applying a 25% power limit, I haven't observed any improvement. After extensive research, I’ve been unable to locate a solution and am seeking assistance from others.

It can make a difference. The best approach is to uninstall all drivers using a program such as DDU: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/dis...nload.html Then, shut down the system and install the new GPU followed by installing the latest AMD drivers: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/...eon-rx-580. Otherwise, leftover drivers and registry entries may cause problems.

The central processing unit is a significant limitation. It’s substantially outdated and wouldn't perform well against current entry-level processors. Second, did removing the 750Ti also involve uninstalling drivers and performing a driver cleanup using a tool such as DDU before installing the RX 580?

I initially installed my RX 580 and subsequently removed all associated drivers.
