It appears as a faint line on the edge of your screen, especially noticeable with darker pictures. I’m not sure if it’s been there since you purchased it or if it just became apparent now. What might it be?

Looks like moisture on the other side of the screen. You could try setting the screen to full brightness and leaving it on for a day, so it warms up and hopefully gets rid of it, or at least makes it less visible. That being said if it is dirt and water... welp water will evaporate but the dirt will remain.

Looking at a fan with a blade might seem pointless, but there are videos showing it works.

Use methods that help release excess moisture. Ideally, positioning the fan toward the air vents on the monitor would improve results.
