The temperatures for an 8000MHz Trident Z5 should definitely be lowered, like to 7200C36, if you want to maintain the same 1.35V output.

They're not that sensitive to timing or frequency. Only the voltage really impacts memory temperatures.

If using 8000mhz isn't feasible with your board, and the Trident Z5 struggles with cooling, prioritizing stability over voltage might be wise, especially in hot climates. A Corsair Vengeance kit at 24GHz with better heat spreaders could offer a more reliable option for you. Think about giving up what you already have.

Using XMP alone isn't crucial since those profiles can reach up to 85°C. To approach that temperature you'd need around 50°C inside the case, which brings up bigger challenges. Corsair's heat spreaders perform better, although manual RAM overclocking might not make a difference unless you're serious about it. Even then, differences in binning could balance things out. I wouldn't prefer one kit over the other, but Corsair's offers a more sensible XMP profile.

This corsair vengeance kit offers similar performance but with added capacity. The second model includes extra storage while maintaining the same price point in my area. I’m leaning toward the 64GB option for its future-proofing. Thanks for the info!
