I faced frequent automatic PC restarts and game crashes until I discovered that disabling XMP might resolve the problem. Many users reported needing to lower their 3600 sticks to 3400 or 3200 for stability. With Corsair DDR4 3600Mhz 18-22-22-42 RAM, setting the speed to 3200 should allow you to use timings like 16-18-18-36, similar to their 3200Mhz models. Both sets are tested at 1.35V, so it seems feasible. For testing RAM stability, consider running stress tests or using tools like MemTest86.

The issue with XMP is that only main clock settings, speed, and maybe voltage are controlled by XMP, while other parameters remain up to the motherboard, which often does poorly. For Ryzen CPUs, using ZenTimings works well—please share a screenshot. With Intel, tools like ASUS MemTweakIt help achieve similar results. Also, let me know your DRAM and SOC voltage values.
