I bought a gaming laptop a few months ago and the main issue was low FPS due to high GPU VRAM usage. The laptop model is ASUS TUF F15. Specifics: processor i5 10300H, GPU GTX 1650 GDDR6 with 4GB VRAM. I've tried resetting settings, MSI afterburner, NVIDIA control panel, and driver updates, but the problem persists. Only about 3% of VRAM is being used, yet during stress tests it drops to around 34%. I'm struggling to find a fix. Please help!

Run GPUZ, perform a stress test or game, then examine the sensors section. Look at the "PerfCap Reason" field. Capture a screenshot of the GPUz sensors tab and share it. Edited April 5, 2021 by The_Vaccine

Did you close GPUZ after the test concluded? You must maintain it open throughout the test, then take a screenshot of the sensors section.
