I link using a cable. I think about my RAM since I only have 6GB. I play Warcraft and record videos with OBS Studio.

Notice that unless you're in the Northeast, you'll face data limits. You may need to pay more for unlimited plans. Also keep in mind that coaxial internet usually has higher ping compared to fiber, though coax's ping is quite acceptable now.

How do you manage when both Warcraft and OBS are active? You can see this in the task manager. If you see high usage, upgrading your RAM might be beneficial. I usually use at least 16 Gigs now.

Could also assist with obtaining a Quad core CPU. Adjusting your DNS settings might also reduce ping (functioned for me at least).

You can modify certain settings in the "network and sharing center," then switch to the "advanced" section.

Thanks for the guidance. I'll tackle this step by step to identify the problem and fix it. I'm ready to resolve the network issue and update the RAM. Peace!
