I played games such as Warzone for about ten minutes, and my CPU began throttling down to 1.6GHz, which greatly reduced my FPS. After roughly five minutes of stabilizing, it returned to its normal performance. I checked temperatures and found they stayed between 65-70°C, so I replaced the power supply to rule that out. The BIOS indicated the CPU minimum was 1600MHz, with base and max at 3400MHz. If anyone knows how to fix this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. My system specs are: I7 3770, GTX 1650 4GB, 16GB DDR3 1600MHz, 500W PSU, 1TB HDD, 240GB SSD.
