Hello, welcome from South Africa! You're facing low frame rates in games like Cod Ware Zone. Your current setup includes a 24" monitor at 144Hz with 2667MHz RAM, an Intel Core i7-8700 CPU, and a GTX 2070. To boost performance, consider upgrading the GPU to a more powerful model such as an RTX 3060 or better, adding more RAM if possible, or optimizing your game settings. Let me know what you'd like to focus on!

You might require additional items because 120 seems excessive for your needs.

I wouldn't label 120FPS as "low FPS" lol Turn off DXR when enabled and adjust other graphics options as well.

I always prefer having more, especially when it comes to games, and I struggle a lot, so adding more could make a difference.

Higher numbers don’t always matter. Some have 10-900k and 2080i, but they still struggle.

The speed of 120fps isn't considered low at all. The problem lies in how you proceeded.

You're considering a 6-core i7, thinking it's solid. You also have two systems—AMD and Intel—and your 2200G is 100 points better in R15 compared to your i5 7300HQ. That’s quite a difference! DERE BUD

Just having a little laugh, don’t get everything too serious. Since the person has a B360 board and an 8700, it’s safe to say they’ve been using them for a while now—those aren’t easy to find these days, and back then AMD didn’t really have strong options for gaming. Plus, the 8700 is still a solid CPU.

It's actually a decent chip, but I don't understand why he considers 120 fps low.
