1920x1080 - Benchmark on mw2 shows 99% CPU and 1% GPU usage. MSI Afterburner displays 75-80% CPU and 25-30% GPU during gameplay. Side note: In every other game I've played, I consistently hit 144fps without any problems. Games such as Apex, Overwatch, and Valorant perform well.
Check for any driver problems? Ensure your GPU drivers are up to date.
