I've changed the configuration a bit for clarity. You're running an AMD 6900 XT, a Ryzen 7 5800X3D, and an X570 MPG Edge Max Wi-Fi. After upgrading to a Ryzen 7 5800X3D and a different motherboard, your FPS fell from 144 to around 75-90 in War Thunder. It seems the issue isn't with the lower core clock affecting performance, and your monitor's refresh rate is set to 144Hz. Could there be a mismatch between your GPU settings and the monitor's capabilities?

I managed to resolve the issue by turning on image sharpening and anti-lag in the Radeon software. My next question is, why did that help?!
