Hi guys,
I recently purchased the Redragon set (keyboard, mouse and mouse pad) - specifically the Redragon S107 keyboard. On the fifth day of use, half the keys stopped working. I inspected all the keys and even tried it on another PC, but the issue persisted. The keyboard doesn’t have any drivers installed. Although I have a 3-year warranty, I was surprised by how quickly it failed after just five days. I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has faced a similar problem before I contact customer service. Do you have any suggestions or solutions?

Yeah, tried on different PC but it's the same OS - Win 10. Don't have any Win7 or Win11 PC to try on them though.
There's no ND-tech USB Adapter
