Yesterday I changed my Redragon K550 driver because I had an older version, but when I opened the program it began updating the keyboard’s firmware. Now the right shift and the + key on the numpad aren’t working; I believe the new firmware is causing the issue. I tried reaching out to support, who suggested sending it back to the store I bought it from, but that’s quite far away since I ordered it online. I don’t know anything about flashing firmware or similar tasks, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you attempted to revert to previous firmware? If successful, you should be able to roll back the drivers moving forward.

I would like to clarify that I updated my firmware mainly because the keyboard software suggested an update, and aside from that, I’m unsure how to locate previous firmware versions. When working with the old software, no downgrade prompt appears, so I think it continues using the same firmware regardless.

In Device Manager you must choose your keyboard and revert drivers.

I attempted that, but it seems to be an issue with the keyboard, possibly due to the firmware misinterpreting the number of keys.

Unfortunately, it seems like the relay switches for those particular keys are malfunctioning.

through some trials I discovered that one of the keys remains functional, specifically the > key, while the < key is not working.

It seems like you're referring to something that isn't fully connecting, so you might want to consider a RMA.

Could it be that I mistakenly uploaded an ANSI version of my keyboard's firmware onto it? I have an ISO layout.

It might happen if that's the situation; in such cases, components could be permanently damaged or the entire keyboard might be corrupted. This can occur when certain codebases are restricted by updated coding, making recovery unfeasible.
