Hello, I’m using the G24 120hz monitor. While adjusting the refresh rate settings to reach the advertised 165hz, my screen went black and now shows a message. I’ve tried changing it on another monitor, but after replacing it, the issue persists. The device has a button for menu options, yet that doesn’t resolve the problem. What should I do next?
