Created a machine for a friend; his Dram and CPU lights illuminate upon startup. The system functions properly initially. I examined the Event Viewer but found no relevant errors. My first thought was the old monitor—Dell model from 2013 with VGA to HDMI connection, which started lighting during the first two boots but remains inactive now. It also takes a long time to boot, and we’re still unclear if this is just the monitor or if the PC is starting slowly. According to some sources, this behavior is normal and likely just a motherboard startup indicator. It’s unusual for the lights to turn red without causing problems, so it might be worth checking other components or consulting more specialized guides. His hardware specs are: 4070 Super Eagle OC triple MSI Mag B650 Tomahawk Wi-Fi Ryzen 9 7900X 32GB 2x16 6000MTZ Corsair Vengeance C drive: 1TB GAMMIX S70 Blade.

The diagnostic indicators on an MB are unrelated to monitors. Look for a BIOS update; otherwise, if the device operates normally, everything seems okay.

I've included the video file. It looks like the community here is generally secure, so it should be okay.

I also see an orange indicator during startup, indicating everything is functioning properly.
