It's fine because you're using the iGPU from the 7800X3D. You won't see anything, and it will rely on LED indicators that flash or stay steady to show if the BIOS flash is done or ongoing.

You recently completed your PC build and initially the monitor didn’t work, but after some time it started. At that point, the DisplayPort became active. During this period you hadn’t installed a graphics card, which is why you saw a red VGA output. Later you realized you likely don’t need a dedicated GPU since your CPU already has one built in. You attempted to install Windows but missed a meeting from 6:30 to 8:00, so you turned off the power supply unit. After restarting and connecting the graphics card using the two PCI-E cables, the red light persisted and the display port isn’t showing properly. Any advice?

The red VGA issue wasn't due to a graphics card shortage. It indicates the motherboard couldn't activate any GPU it detected, whether built-in or full-size. I'd verify your CPU installation and ensure no pins are damaged. Also, inspect for motherboard damage such as missing surface components. Please confirm your BIOS remains functional.

I'm going to re-seat the CPU now. There was a red light issue recently, but after trying to reseat it it didn't help. I'll keep trying until it works, then I might take some photos of my MOBO and post another update to check if that's the problem.
