Detailed information about your setup would be extremely useful. If the power supply is engaging it seems like a component is interfering and causing the auto-shutdown. I wouldn't attempt to power it again. With the red CPU indicator active, consider re-seating the CPU. My friend faced the same issue when assembling his first computer a few months back. Also, test with just one RAM module and manually switch on the case instead of relying on the power button.

Specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NNq8bL Here's an image; haven't put in a video card, power supply is only connected to the 24 pin and the 8 pin as well as the 4 pin on the top left. I also haven't finished putting in some of the case cables to the motherboard cables. IMG_3572.HEIC

I also attempted to re-seat the CPU a few days back; it felt slightly tight but didn’t show any obvious problems. After reinstalling everything, the red flashing indicator kept appearing.

Wow, you just removed one RAM stick and tried pressing the start button—nothing happened. Then you pressed the power button on the case, and it worked!

From what you observe in the photo, the far-right RAM stick isn’t fully inserted. You’ll notice the clip at the top is slightly displaced. Verify both sticks are securely seated. There don’t appear to be major problems otherwise. The main concern is ensuring all power cables are fully inserted—especially the CPU power connection, which can sometimes be tricky to get fully in place. If you’re using a modular power supply, confirm every cable reaches the unit completely. Try connecting a display to the motherboard and attempt to bridge the two pins for power-on testing. With Ryzen, it may take 2 to 15 minutes to boot into BIOS properly.

If the far-right button was pressed, it would make sense. The image shows it wasn’t fully seated, so ensure you push it in completely and try again. A poor connection can trigger the CPU light since the CPU struggles to communicate with the RAM.

I believe the one on the left is correct since the right ram stick is glowing while the left one isn't. It might be related to the fact I just removed it, but I plan to insert it in another slot to test further.

Make sure the RAM has a gap between them. They were placed correctly. Consider rearranging their positions.
