Hello everyone, I’m looking for your thoughts on this new build. The PC works perfectly once it starts, but during boot it shows random green or red dots—about a third of the time, as shown in the attached photo. After login, the dots disappear completely and don’t appear again while using the system. Games function normally with stable temperatures. I’ve checked online and think it might be related to GPU or MOBO issues, though I haven’t found anyone discussing this on Reddit or similar forums. I’m unsure if it will worsen over time. XMP settings are off. Here’s what I have: AMD RX 7900 XTX (Sapphire Pulse), AMD R7 7800X3D, MOBO, Gigabyte B650I Aorus Ultra PSU, Corsair SF750 platinum RAM, Skill Trident Z5 Neo 32GB DDR5 6000 CL30 SSD, and Kingston KC3000D 2TB.

It seems like a GPU might be present, but if it was, it wouldn't disappear in most Windows environments. If it was, the black areas should show it clearly, not just white. There could have been a restricted graphics mode during startup, such as HDR or G-Sync, or the motherboard might not support the resolution because it controls settings before Windows loads. For confirmation, testing with another monitor would help. Even connecting to a TV would provide clarity.
