RDR2 has ran for me with no issues in the past but now, I get big stutters/lag when playing single-player or online. Here are my specs - OS: Windows 11 Home 64-bit. CPU: Intel® Core™ i9-11900KF - 8-Core @ 3.50GHz. GPU: AMD Radeon™ RX 7800 XT - 16GB. RAM: 64GB (4x16GB) DDR4/3600mhz . MOBO: MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Plus. Monitor: (Main) Lenovo Legion Y27qf-30 (2560x1440@240Hz). Storage: 8TB Samsung 870 QVO 2.5" SSD - 560MB/s Read / 530MB/s Write - For games. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm using AMD Adrenalin set with Radeon Super Resolution (sharpening 75%), Radeon Anti-Lag as well as AMD FreeSync for my GPU but I'm still getting stuttering and I don't know why.... Here's a link to some video footage with game settings- https://gyazo.com/66f7e75d4a7313fa50b71258446ae1a8 Benchmark results - https://gyazo.com/981b4653ed9409dd1ec3ebe759ec0313 All of my drivers and software are up to date. *Note, I'm also using a Lobby Manager, so no modders are screwing with my game. Even before having this Lobby Manager, I still have this issue.

I encounter the issue "Unkown Error: FFFFFFFF" repeatedly each hour, causing the game to freeze or lag. I plan to try using saved settings from previous sessions that I've photographed and uploaded to a server to see if it improves performance.

That's a VRAM leak with AMD cards unfortunately and Rockstar never bothered to fix it. I thought it's isolated to only 6000 series though. I played with 1h-2h intervals because I had this happen as well both on Windows and Linux. There is a fix for that though, it should stop crashing if you disable SAM in AMD Adrenaline Software.

I use wireless headphones and still experience the same result with wired ones. As mentioned earlier, all software on my PC is current.

If uncertain, remember to revert the GPU driver to an earlier version to check if the issue stems from a recently released update.

On my old computer it worked fine... The power supply stopped after nine years and three months. I'm not sure if updating the GPU software might be the problem.

The explanation goes beyond just headphones.
