My brother is having this issue with his Red Dead Redemption 2 Online game
When its raining, he gets white squares

i5 3570k
RX 580 8GB
12 GB DDR3 1600mhz ram
Adjust all parameters, focusing on textures and water, to observe any improvements.
Raining consumes a lot of resources, which may lead to artifacting where random shapes show up on the screen. This is often due to VRAM overheating, so consider cooling your system or cleaning it. Lowering the graphics settings might also resolve the problem.
PC is clean, GPU is new. What are the graphics options for rain? Are they related to textures?
Reduce all parameters (textures and water specifically) to assess improvement.
