I don't see any signs of performance decline such as thermal throttling.

I'm not sure what's happening with these temperatures.

The CPU is reaching unusually high speeds even at normal temperatures. A slight reduction in voltage could help maintain stability. Check if your case provides adequate airflow. Also, note that Cinebench is a demanding benchmark and may not accurately reflect everyday usage conditions.

My airflow isn't great, but it's not terrible either—I can improve it. My gaming performance is around 60 to 80, which is the best I can achieve right now.

Gaming usually takes the most effort from the PC, so I wouldn't be too concerned about it.

Keeping the temperature around 85 degrees while gaming is generally fine. It helps maintain performance without overheating, though keeping it steady is ideal for consistent gaming.

It's decent overall, but the case ventilation isn't very strong.

Temperature looks acceptable at 205 W and 95°C. Your usual ambient is around 189°C with 80°C heat. Deepcool assassin 3 should help.

Around 20°C but it underperforms, causing excessive heat throttling
