I tried some Linux experiments and accidentally messed up my Windows 10 partition. Still, I managed to back it up successfully. However, I’m having trouble finding a way to restore from this particular image (attached). If I try Windows Restore, it seems to be searching for something completely different. Anyone know how to recover from this? I’ve never restored from Windows 10 before—I’ve spent years using Macs. Thanks!

You should start with a Windows 10 USB drive, choose the option to repair your computer, go to advanced settings, and then restore your system.
