If you're using a BIOS from 2020, updating it could fix the XMP problem and let it run at speeds like 3200Mhz. I can help you with the process.

Bios refreshed, I attempted to capture my desktop without preview enabled, but no adjustments were made. Recording lasts roughly 15-20 seconds before stopping due to encoding errors around 90-95%. My GPU consumption stays under 50%, and the Video Encode remains below 40%.

Some people used to get better results with AMD at 3000MHz, especially when XMP wasn't enabled. I haven’t heard much about video encoding settings either.
