Hello,
I just purchased a 7700k and am looking for advice on maintaining safe temperatures and the optimal vcore setting. I currently have a 240 AIO, and without adjusting any parameters, I experience around 30-40°C idle and 70-75°C during Cinebench.

1.4v is the maximum allowed. At standard speeds the 7700K can sometimes behave oddly due to excessive voltage, meaning overclocking might actually reduce temperatures.

For intel cpus, it's best to keep them below 75-80C. I believe 1.4v is the highest safe core voltage, although that might be a bit cautious. Either way, aim for both values to be as low as possible.

1.4v is the maximum. The 7700K can sometimes have odd problems at regular speeds where the voltage is too high, meaning overclocking might actually reduce temperatures. I've been trying to stop it, but when I check vcore in the hardware monitor, it shows a much higher value.
