Really? The render server can't handle Obs fully even with maximum settings.
the only individual i’ve encountered who can run OBS smoothly on low speeds (it’s even slower afterward) is someone with an i7 4790k overclocked. that person can usually achieve around 800Mbps for a decent 1080p30 stream.
720p at 30 frames per second, 2500 kbps. That’s sufficient for streaming. If you prefer just the recording, increase both bitrate and resolution.
