safe and efficient settings for what? for the 1050ti aim for around 100mhz on the core clock and 150-200mhz on the memory clock. test a few games; if they crash after about ten minutes, reduce the speeds slightly and continue playing in-game until stability returns. if stable initially, gradually increase speed until crashes start again, then go back to the last stable setting.
