Recommended laptop for rendering tasks.
We are searching for a laptop suitable for architectural studies by an architect relative, capable of rendering designs. We cannot purchase a desktop due to frequent travel. The essential software includes Rhino 3D, Rhino VRAY, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and CS, 3DS Max, AutoCAD, and Adobe Premiere. Initially, we explored processor options between AMD and Intel, but due to limited information, I appreciate an unbiased recommendation. What CPU would you suggest? We believe rendering demands and overall performance are key factors, though the graphics card is also important. Some recommend 16 GB of RAM, while others suggest 32 GB is ideal; we seek advice from those who have similar experiences. Honestly, our budget allows only a 16 GB RAM laptop, not 32 GB. We are evaluating a laptop with 16 GB RAM and hope this meets expectations. We still plan to choose a storage device, preferably an NVMe M.2 SSD, but we are mainly deciding on the processor, graphics card, and RAM based on available data.
Budget?
Regarding RAM...
I rely heavily on Rhino3D quite often. It's almost every day, for creating models that need printing.
For intricate designs, my 32GB sometimes falls short.
Our finances are limited to 2000 euros. We reside in Greece. Presently, my relative is using a laptop with 8gb of RAM. It can perform tasks, though it takes a long time. He works as an architect. With a budget of 2000 Euros, we aim to purchase something quality.
