Cable Matters or Monoprice are my go-to options for Cat6a cable. Cat7 needs TERA connectors, which differ from the standard 8p8c fittings found on other cables. Products labeled with 8p8c aren't meeting the requirements and may be unsuitable. Skip them entirely—opt for reliable Cat6a if you need 10G over 100m, or use regular Cat6 for up to 55m at 10G.

Hey Lurick, Thanks for the response! I would probably choose cat6a cable due to your suggestion, Is there any difference between Cable Matters and Moonprice cables? (Amazon links)

It would be best to choose a product designed for outdoor use. Those wires might function, but UV exposure will weaken them and lead to various problems.

To safeguard this type of cable, consider adding an extra protective layer such as a flexible pipe. This will help prevent damage and extend its lifespan.

This would be ideal, really—something to protect the cable from weather and other factors.
