I share the opinion of the Fallout Series and believe Skyrim should also be included. There are countless mods available to alter looks, interfaces, gear, introduce new characters or companions, spells, and equipment. This could transform it into a fresh experience.
The Handsome Jack collection we discussed earlier is also an excellent offer.
Doom 2016 performs well on PC, especially with Doom Eternal arriving in November. It could be a great moment to explore the series reboot.

Just Cause 3 is priced at three dollars, and although I haven't played it yet, watching the videos suggests it's an entertaining, absurd, open-world experience. You might not find much in the story, but for the price, it's a good bet.

Here are around 35 titles to help you start exploring. Most of these are tailored to what you mentioned earlier, so any missing details were likely omitted for game suggestions.
Divine Divinity
Beyond Divinity
Half Life 2
Portal 2
Enclave
Sacred Gold
TinyKeep
How To Survive
Left 4 Dead 2 (just remember it’s not your strongest in FPS)
Sleeping Dogs
Don't Starve
Gothic 3
Saints Row The Third
The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing
The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II
The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing III
The Vagrant
Just Cause 2
Just Cause 3
Two Worlds Epic Edition
The Witcher 2
How to Survive 2
Dust An Elysian Tail
Divinity II Developer's Cut (available as a $3.00 Steam bundle with Divine Divinity and Beyond Divinity)
Undertale
Craft The World
Black Desert Online (you definitely need an MMORPG with great character creation)
Shadow of Mordor GOTY (available anytime at Fanatical.com)
Cities Skylines
7 Days To Die (strongly suggest this game, especially if you’re unfamiliar with it—just buy it without hesitation and you won’t regret it)
The Witcher 3 (standard or GOTY, either option is solid)
Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition
Planet Coaster
Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition (all the character creation options available)
Monster Hunter World
Among these selections, a few may not currently be at their lowest prices; otherwise, they’re close to those historic lows. As for the rest, I still advise grabbing them randomly throughout the year since none are particularly on sale.

Do characters get created in Conan Exile? The game includes a system for building and customizing your character. As for combat, it emphasizes tactical engagement and strategic use of abilities.

Just saw that Portal 2 is $0.99, it's one of the best games ever made IMO, great gameplay & story with excellent voice acting.

Here are some games you might enjoy:
-Metro (Metro 2033 and Last light on sale for 7,48 euro, very affordable, if you like them then consider Metro exodus)
-Tomb raider series (purchase 2013 tomb raider for just 3 euros; if you prefer, proceed with Rise of the Tomb Raider and Shadow of the Tomb Raider)
-Borderlands
-Bioshock series (the entire set is available for 15 euros, containing three titles)
-Half life (if you haven’t played it before, the order suggestions are: Half life 1, remastered version called "Black Mesa", Half life 2, and Half life 2 ep 1, 2)
-Call of Duty Modern Warfare series (classic but valuable)
-The Witcher series (strongly suggest starting with The Witcher 1, though it’s up to your choice)
-Mass Effect
-The Walking Dead Telltale series (though Steam may no longer support it, the narrative is excellent. If you come across it, buy it)
-GTA (obviously)
-Far Cry series (order isn’t important; my top pick is Far Cry 3)
-valiant Hearts (around 4 euros, offers a compelling story and gameplay)
-papers please (5 euros on Steam, an outstanding title)
I hope this assists you.
