I possess several outdated videos likely in 360P resolution or lower. Can the quality be enhanced to 720P or beyond? With AI becoming more prevalent, there seems potential for improvement. It doesn't matter how crucial it is; no need to invest in paid tools. Anyone have recommendations for a free program that functions effectively?

Enlarge? Yes.
Much depends on the condition of your original videos.
"Improve the quality" is questionable. You can adjust brightness, contrast, etc., but we don<|pad|> or we don’t know what would meet your needs or when you’d think it wasn’t worth the effort, like distinguishing between a 1956 and a 1957 Chevrolet.
Try experimenting with a copy of your videos using any free or trial software available.
I’ve tried "Free Video Editor" with some results, but I’m unsure if it’s still accessible. Choose any random app you can find and keep your expectations realistic.

There is a tool named videoprocconverter. A YouTube video shows it in great use. Some Reddit discussions mention it didn't perform well, but that's not a major concern. I'm curious if it's still possible to use it now.
