Hello, you're considering a memory upgrade for your PC. With your current configuration, running multiple games and servers like Vinecraft and Valheim is putting a strain on the system. Your setup includes a GeIL EVO POTENZA 16GB RAM, an ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming motherboard, and an AMD Ryzen 5 3600X processor. You're looking to add two more slots for extra memory. Based on your specs, you might want to explore higher-capacity modules or consider a dual-channel configuration. It would be wise to avoid overclocking the existing RAM unless you're comfortable with that risk. I recommend checking out 32GB or 64GB modules in compatible slots and ensuring they support DDR4-3200 or faster speeds. Let me know if you need more details!

You aim for identical memory configuration across the sticks (same model number doesn’t guarantee uniform chips). If speed isn’t critical, focus on storage size. Choose the most affordable 2x8GB 3200MHz CL16 kit you can find and install it. 3200MHz typically handles Ryzen memory controllers well without mixing issues unless you have a very specialized controller. Consider swapping to a 2x16GB 3600MHz CL18 for improved multicore performance, then replace your current setup—this usually costs similar or slightly more but offers better results and compatibility.
