For future use, these are generally fuseable resistors rather than standard fuse/fuseholder setups. Therefore, soldering tools will be required and a specific order for a replacement part must be placed.

Even though fixing it would seem simple, this PSU isn't actually worth repairing; it's better left unconnected to a PC.

I managed to get everything working again. I purchased the Corsair RM750e, exactly as suggested. Initially, I was concerned because it lacks a dual 8-pin connector, but I discovered a 12V 6-pin adapter for the PSU to convert it to an 8-pin for GPU compatibility. Thankfully, the only issue was the PSU itself. Thanks a lot!
