Recommendation for SFX PSU: CM V650 SFX GOLD compared to Fractal ION+ 2 660W PLAT and ENERMAX Revolution SFX 650W GOLD.
I’m preparing to upgrade my PC and set up an ITX system. The situation here is that there aren’t many good SFX PSU choices available locally, and I’m currently limited to these three top options.
1. COOLER MASTER - V650 SFX GOLD | 650W 80+ Gold Fully Modular - Revision Model
2. FRACTAL DESIGN PSU ION+ 2 PLATINUM 660W FULLY MODULAR
3. ENERMAX Revolution SFX 650W 80+ Gold -Full Modular - ERV650-SWT
I’d appreciate some guidance on which one to choose, as I’m aware each has its pros and cons, but I’m unsure which drawbacks I can afford. Besides these models, there are PSUs from FSP, though most people don’t consider that brand reliable.
My planned components are:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
GPU: RX 6600XT/RX 6800/RX 7700XT (decision pending)

The Fractal PSU isn't an SFX form factor unit. What model of the case are you considering for migration to an m-itx form factor? Besides these choices, there are PSUs from FSP, but most people think that brand isn't reliable. FSP isn't entirely unreliable. Speaking about FSP, do you have access to SFX units from FSP, Corsair and EVGA?
Thanks for the update! This was my miss on the fractal PSU, I first wanted stock for another SFX Fractal PSU model but they said none exists and suggested alternatives. (Note: they actually do have one—FRACTAL DESIGN PSU ION SFX 650W GOLD Fully Modular.)
For the FSP unit, I have access to the FSP DAGGER PRO 650W SFX 80+ Gold Modular.
Regarding Corsair's SFX PSUs, they’re either out of stock or too powerful for my needs or budget.
EVGA’s PSUs are usually unavailable here.
I also have access to 1STPLAYER models like the 1STPLAYER SFX 6.5 650W PS-650SFX 80+ Gold - Full Modular.
I’m planning to use the Deepcool CH160 case.
