Hi,
I’m seeking laptop suggestions for graphic design tasks and 3D animation software like Blender. I prefer a 15.6-inch screen, as a 17.3-inch model would be too large given my current HP laptop. I bought this device six years ago, so it feels a bit outdated.
I’ve also noticed the display flickers occasionally. Online research shows Dell and Lenovo have options that match my needs, but I’m curious if there are other alternatives better suited for me. My budget ranges from £1000 to £2000.

Your budget ranges from £1000 to £2000.
The notebook size you're thinking of is approximately 15.6 inches with a screen ideally.
You require a resolution of at least 1080p.
You are open to using either a portable or desktop laptop.
You need a battery life of 6 to 10 hours.
You do not wish to play games on your laptop unless you specify otherwise.
If yes, please list the games and their desired settings (Low, Medium or High).
No.
You plan to perform additional tasks such as photo/video editing and graphic design, as well as computer 3D animation.
You need up to 1 TB of hard drive space.
If you have specific sites in mind, share their links.
You do not intend to keep the laptop for more than 5 to 6 years.
You prefer optical drives like DVD ROM/Writer or Bluray ROM/Writer, but are open to other brands.
You reside in England.
If you have any further details, please let us know.

The question about battery life duration does not specify whether it applies to regular use or intensive graphic design tasks.
