Looking for open-world RPGs excluding Witcher 3, Hogwarts Legacy, and Red Dead 2 on Xbox. No need to overlap genres. I also own Skyrim but not a big fan. Just want something newer—any suggestions would be great! With the specs you gave, what games fit the low settings and 30+fps requirements?

I came across this on the Epic Games website, which I didn’t mention in my last post.
The game is available for PS4 and PS5, and with its price it could be worth a look. Based on the required specifications, I think it should run smoothly. What are your thoughts?

Yes, your PC can manage Horizon Zero Dawn smoothly. It's a good game according to what I've heard. However, I haven't played it myself. Regarding War of God, I'll get back to you later with more information. I should finish organizing these points. By the way, Days Gone is also an open-world action-adventure title. You might want to check it out if you haven't tried it yet: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1259420/Days_Gone/

I'll check out Days Gone too—God of War is really my thing! I think I might be holding off on the PS5 just in case, but I've heard it could look great thanks to the PS5's improvements. =)

Both Days Gone and God of War are decent titles. I only tried the initial few levels of each, and because my graphics card has stopped working, I can't replay them unless I upgrade to a dedicated GPU, probably a GTX 1660 SUPER, which should handle casual 1080p games well.

I own two older or budget laptops intended for gaming, which my brother's wife gave me because she's a professor. Paying the amount within three years was fine, haha... they should cost around 600 each at best. I've had no problems with the MSI models except on the one I use; the Wi-Fi is unreliable but likely due to our ISP's DSL router/modem setup, which causes issues with certain cards. I hope you can play in 1080p, it's sufficient, though it would be disappointing below that. I still play my 360, which is usually 720p, and it works fine on my 4K TVs. I don't play much PC these days because of back pain, but couch gaming can still be enjoyable!

You already have three copies of that thing, right? Switch, Xbox, Steam.

It seems you're asking about whether the game offers strong decision-making opportunities during missions or quests, or if it leans more toward dialogue and exploration. Let me know if you'd like help clarifying your question!
