Hello, I've attempted to install before Linux and used Fedora or Linux Mint. The main issue that led me to give up was installing applications, especially when the distribution doesn't support tools like Davinci Resolve. I rely on my PC for gaming and video editing, so I need a stable experience. For games such as Valorant or League of Legends, performance is crucial—LOL worked on Linux Mint before but was very laggy. I'm considering Ubuntu, though I'm not sure yet. I'd prefer a system that's easier to use for someone coming from Windows. What do you think? Thank you.

Pop_OS! is about as easy as it gets. There's a version with Nvidia proprietary driver support baked in, and you have an actual app store like experience for installing things.

For gaming and video editing, sticking with Windows is the best choice.
