Hello everyone, just wanted to ask.
Over the last couple of days my PC has stopped working suddenly and restarted without warning. I don’t understand what’s wrong. When I check Event Viewer it shows:
"The system has been rebooted without shutting it down first. This error can occur if the system stops responding, crashes, or loses power unexpectedly."
On the first day I played Valorant, the game shut off twice. Now I’m working—opening browsers, watching videos, etc.
Has anyone experienced this before? Do you know a solution? Most searches mention overheating or power supply issues.
My CPU and GPU temperatures are normal (around 40°C), but I’m not sure about the PSU. After turning off the PC, the PSU is still active, fans spin, and there’s no smoke smell.
Please help, it’s really annoying.

I didn't check the RAM, perhaps I should replace it with a better one?
I also faced a comparable problem with my office computer. The IT staff identified the problem as a defective motherboard. Once it was swapped out, the random restarts ceased. Of course, the fault might lie anywhere in any of the main components such as the motherboard, power supply, RAM, and so on.

I noticed the scanning on MSI Center doesn't show a BIOS update option; only Realtek and AMD chipset are available. Edit
Bios update in advanced mode isn't visible, but I've already installed the latest BIOS. Hope it works. Thanks!
