Have you noticed anything similar? The 23H2 build 22631.3737 shows icons moving back and forth in the taskbar, shifting sideways about once every two seconds. The image looks odd due to overlapping icons. Updated on June 12, 2024 by leclod

Launch the command prompt with admin privileges and execute the scan; run the repair tool, then initiate a restart to resolve the issue.
