Samsung 970 was set up and the full system reset was finished. Games were running smoothly on my standard 860 EVO SSD. However, performance dropped significantly with the 5600x 3070 setup.

If the game isn't too demanding, you can save it to a RAM disk every time it starts. Perhaps the system is getting too hot...

consider rtx 3080 since 3070 offers 8GB VRAM while 3080 provides 10GB and is suitable for 4K gaming.
