You're experiencing DLL errors after installing a new motherboard and SSD, along with fresh Windows 11. The issue appears to be with missing DLL files on programs like RTSS and OBS Studio, even after reinstalling the C++ runtime. It's unusual for this to happen before, as previous installations usually resolved it automatically. Make sure all drivers are up to date and consider checking the Windows Update logs for more details.

I've faced the same issue before, downloading both RTSS and OBS caused a file path error related to the VC runtime. Reinstalling them multiple times didn't resolve it. Once the downloads started, I noticed missing files or problems that triggered errors when loading them. It's really frustrating with RTSS, since it launches with MSI and the installation keeps failing until I force close the MSI.

We're discussing the Riva tuner. It includes additional software such as Msi Afterburner and hwinfo64. Consider installing them one at a time.

I removed and reinstalled everything. RTSS finally ran without errors now. I manually fetched the missing DLL, but OBS is still slow and I don’t want to download files each time.

You downloaded the DLL yourself for OBS and it’s now causing issues.

Did you complete the registration correctly?.. I would remove both and then install hwinfo64, RTTS should be included during installation, followed by OBS.

You've tried various solutions in the guide, but one framework wasn't activated, which makes it hard to tell if that's the issue. You're also starting fresh with all the C++ files again.

I followed a guide to clear the registry and reinstalled, it didnt fail this time so heres hoping we're all good, gonna try to reinstall obs now Edit: OBS worked, looks like it was a registry error, deleting and reinstalling everything seemed to fix it.
