Hello everyone. These bios changes are meant to fix issues from the 13th and 14th generation models once we update the bios. It essentially replaces the default settings without requiring any further action in the bios. Regarding your CPU, an i3-14100 with a 65W TDP is not affected by these updates, so you don’t need to worry about them.

Intel states that components at 65W or below remain unaffected, so updates should be safe. Updating the BIOS shouldn't cause issues, though it's ultimately your decision.
