I completed my Ryzen setup today. There were several problems. Mostly, I experienced multiple BSODs with watchdog clock timeout during driver installation. I tried entering BIOS but rebooted over ten times without success. Now I’m unsure how to access it properly. I attempted a shutdown, held F2, and restarted, but nothing worked. During build time, I installed the stock cooler instead of the AIO model because I didn’t want to install it right away. When trying to remove it, the processor came out as well. I checked the latch, but it still popped. Since then, I’ve become very cautious about what might happen. Need advice.

The CPU coming out was something I've had too, but it's normal. My first step would be to re-seat the CPU. Also, check that your BIOS is current—beta versions are often shared on manufacturer forums, just look for beta AM4 BIOS. This kind of BSOD usually pops up when you push RAM too hard; if those fixes don't help, try tweaking the DDR voltage a bit higher or adjusting the timings.

It could be a RAM problem. My keyboard is listed in the certified list and runs at 3000MHz, but the BIOS shows 2133MHz. I changed it to 3000MHz just to test, though I’ve never overclocked before or found a guide on it. It seems I might have set it incorrectly. Also, why can’t I reach the BIOS settings? I’ll try a different keyboard. Another question: why did my RAM show 2133MHz?

It was a fresh setup. However, because I hadn’t purchased a Windows license yet, I saved the piratebay version of Win Pro to use my computer until then.
