I just upgraded to Windows 10 after upgrading my HDD, ensuring the drivers were installed properly. It worked well yesterday but has been slowing down lately. I checked with CrystalDiskInfo and everything looks okay on both drives. The issue seems to be why performance is at 100% while applications report only 50%.

You added USB support to enhance compatibility and performance beyond what Windows provided out of the box. Are there additional storage devices on your system?
