Recent PC issues: graphics card, USB ports, and screen problems.
I just assembled my first PC with my friend and bought all the latest components during Black Friday. The current build features an AMD Ryzen 5600X CPU, an MSI Pro B550m-VC WiFi motherboard, a MSI Gaming Radeon RX 6750 XT graphics card with 12 GB RAM, a Pure Power 12 M 750W power supply, and Silicon Power Value Gaming DDR4 RAM. My friend, who also builds PCs, helped us install Windows using a USB drive with my mouse and keyboard connected to the motherboard and GPU linked to the monitor. After the installation, I entered my key and connected to Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, no Wi-Fi appeared on the screen, so we restarted the PC. When that happened, the monitor displayed “no display” and the GPU fan stopped. We noticed the CPU fan spun while the RAM light stayed white, but no power reached the mouse or keyboard—LEDs were off. The GPU seemed unusual: after shutting down, it spun for three seconds before stopping, and the mouse lit up briefly when I booted. The display cable was connected to the GPU, but it still showed no output. I’m 70% confident Windows worked until connectivity failed. The GPU appeared fine before, and it wasn’t overheating since I hadn’t used the PC or installed anything yet. If you’d like a video, just let me know so I can help identify the issue.
You need to accept that the device did boot after the first time. It might seem odd to inspect certain components since it worked once, but now you're dealing with the RAM LEDs lighting up. It's likely the RAM is faulty—consider removing one stick if you have spare ones, or use a different stick if it's the only 16GB unit.
