PC Parts List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/X72wBj
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X 4.7 GHz 12-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB 48.8 CFM Liquid
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX ATX AM5
Memory: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30
Storage: Western Digital Black SN770 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME
Drive: Solidigm P41 Plus 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME
Video Card: AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT 16 GB
Case: Lian Li LANCOOL III RGB ATX Mid Tower
Power Supply: SeaSonic FOCUS Plus Platinum 850 W (Platinum Certified)
Fan: Lian Li Uni Fan SL-Infinity 61.3 CFM 120 mm (3-pack)
Problem: COD crashes intermittently during boot (sometimes after 5 minutes, sometimes up to an hour). On startup it displays "GPU device driver version (0.0.0) does not meet recommended (22.9.1) for running COD." Despite drivers being current. System freezes completely, producing a buzzing noise through headphones, then restarts after about 10 seconds.
Notes: BIOS does not appear on startup; it shows "input not supported" until Windows loads. This seems unrelated to the monitor issue, as BIOS works fine with other displays.
Resolution Attempted: Updated GPU drivers and Windows; installed chipset drivers; removed all GPU drivers via DDU, reinstalled latest versions. Drivers removal failed with only basic ones. RAM, storage, and device counts appear correct.
Advice: Consider checking GPU drivers, BIOS updates, and ensuring no background services conflict.

Resolving the issue by updating the BIOS appears to work, keep it saved just in case others face a similar situation.
