About three days back I received this laptop. It often experiences sudden lag when playing online games or making a voice call, while other connected devices run smoothly. Any advice would be really useful! P.S. I can't afford to purchase additional cables like an ethernet adapter, etc... sorry ahead of time! OS: Windows 11 Home. Version: 25H2 GPU: AMD Radeon ™ Graphics CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx Wi-Fi Adapter: Realtek 8822CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC

Which WiFi frequency range are you using? Are there many nearby devices or access points in your area?

You're likely using 5G connectivity with limited local Wi-Fi access. That should work fine!

Test on different machines or gadgets works too. Speed tests can reveal ping details. Determine whether the problem lies with WiFi or internet connectivity, as these are distinct issues. Regarding WiFi, 2.4 GHz excels in range and penetration but faces interference from other networks using the same band. 5 GHz offers faster speeds but may struggle with distance and signal reach. One possible solution is getting nearer to the router and checking. If that fixes it, you’re probably too far and should switch to 2.4 GHz. For internet-specific concerns, the method varies—coax connections can be examined for signal strength and logs, or ensure all coax cables are secure.

Thanks for the assistance! I think the problem might be related to frequency, which I confirmed with a quick ping test. I’ll try to fix it. Appreciate your support!
