Hello, seeking guidance for a new PC setup. Fans spin briefly before the system restarts repeatedly. Currently, I'm booting from the MB drive outside the case. Any advice on what to do next would be greatly appreciated. This machine lacks POST indicators, making it hard to diagnose the issue. On my first forum post, I followed the guidelines but feel uncertain if I missed something. **Components** I've gathered:

What I've attempted:
- Updated BIOS to F16e, then downgraded to F15 as suggested.
- Ran tests with backup GPU, single RAM, all RAM configurations, backup PSU, and removed M.2 SSD.
- Replaced CPU and applied new thermal paste.
- Reset CMOS using the pins.
